烧烤时如何生火 - How to Start a Fire for Barbecuing

用烧烤炉子生火,需要的材料有:火柴/打火机,助燃剂,木柴/干树枝,木炭,以及夹木炭的夹子。

To light a fire using a barbecue grill, you’ll need the following materials: matches/lighter, fire starter, firewood/dry branches, charcoal, and tongs for handling the charcoal.


生火的基本思路是:木炭需要很高的温度才能燃烧,所以,需要用燃烧的树枝或木柴提供足够温度点燃木炭。而木柴也需要一定的温度才能燃烧,所以,需要燃烧的助燃剂来点燃木柴。

The basic idea for starting a fire is that charcoal requires a very high temperature to ignite, so you need to use burning branches or firewood to provide sufficient heat to ignite the charcoal. Firewood also needs a certain temperature to burn, so a fire starter is required to ignite the wood.


首先,先把烧烤炉底下铺上一层木炭,然后搭上木柴或拣来的干树枝,留出缝隙。在木柴上面浇上助燃剂。

之后,用打火机或火柴点燃浇有助燃剂的木柴。如果点不着的话,可以点燃沾上助燃剂的纸巾或树叶,然后放在木柴上。在此期间,对着木炭不停扇风。如果发现明火有变小的趋势,再浇一点助燃剂。

当木炭的表面出现白灰时,说明温度已经足够,可以烧烤了。这期间,为了保持火力,可以继续扇风。木炭燃烧时,没有明火也是正常现象。

First, lay a layer of charcoal at the bottom of the grill, then stack firewood or collected dry branches on top, leaving some gaps. Pour the fire starter over the firewood.

Next, use a lighter or matches to ignite the firewood soaked with the fire starter. If it doesn't catch fire, you can ignite a paper towel or leaves soaked with the fire starter and place it on the firewood. During this process, continuously fan the charcoal. If the flame shows signs of dying down, add a bit more fire starter.

When the surface of the charcoal turns white, it indicates that the temperature is high enough, and you can start grilling. During this time, to maintain the fire, you can keep fanning it. It's normal for charcoal to burn without an open flame.


如果木炭不够,或者火的温度不够,可以简单地将新的木炭添在烧着的木炭上面。

If the charcoal is insufficient or the fire temperature is not high enough, you can simply add new charcoal to the burning ones.
